Gold Residential Snow Removal

Monthly contract includes 10 visits each visit includes snow removal of the city sidewalks and all sidewalks, steps and driveways on the property. Snow to be removed within 12 hours after average snowfall at average temperature. Snow to be cleared after the end of every snowfall and are scheduled in the late morning/early afternoon time slots. We-Do-All provides ice melting products after cleaning or after a freezing rain.

Snow removal services performed from November 1 to March 31. Snow removal prices based on an average size residential lot in Saskatoon. It is considered a snowfall if it snows at least 2 Millimeters (0.08 inches). The monthly agreement involves a maximum of ten visits for snow removal per month. If a customer needs extra visits, they will be charged a fixed rate of $11 for each visit. Unused visits during the term will be refunded at a rate of $11 per visit. Additional fees are charged for significant snowfalls to offset the expenses of extra labor required. A fee of $25 is added for any snowfall above 5 cm, labeled as a snowstorm surcharge. Typically, there are three heavy snowfalls per season.

Estimated Prices are for snow removal areas up to 1600 sq. ft. Larger snow removal areas will have additional charges. GST not included.

Snow removal time frames vary depending on snowfall amounts and windchill. More snow takes much longer to clean and when the windchill is high employees are required to take breaks often for thier own safety. If the temprature reaches -51°C with a wind chill work stopages will occur until it warms up enough to continue to work safely.
